Everything in the hesgotdaddyissues store is made on demand the moment you place your order. That means every piece is custom, fresh, and created just for you — not sitting in a warehouse collecting dust.

Because of that, here’s how refunds and returns work:


No Refunds for Second Thoughts


Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind? Had a crisis and suddenly don’t know who you are anymore?

Unfortunately, we can’t refund or return items for that.

Your order is made specifically for you, so double-check your size, colour, and choices before checking out.


If Something’s Actually Wrong


If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or simply not up to standard, that’s on us — and we’ll fix it fast.

A short description of the issue

Clear photos of the problem


Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund through Printful.


Missing in Action


If your package goes missing in transit, tell us.

We’ll track it down and get a replacement sorted once it’s confirmed lost.


Returned to Sender


If the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, Printful won’t cover a free replacement.

We can resend it, but the reshipping cost will be on you — so please double-check your details.
