Order Processing
All items in the hesgotdaddyissues store are print-on-demand and made especially for you as soon as your order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and waste, but it also means production times can vary.
Please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be created before it ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped directly from our production partner, Printful.
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–15 business days
(Delivery times depend on your location, local postal services, and seasonal demand.)
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. Big Cartel will display the exact cost before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Most orders come with tracking. You will receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product type and production location. Don’t worry—this is normal with print-on-demand fulfilment.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, postal service disruptions, high seasonal volume, or unforeseen issues.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help investigate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reship or refund orders that are returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or seems to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work with Printful to make things right.
International Orders
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
