These Terms & Conditions explain how the hesgotdaddyissues store works. Nothing too serious — just the basics so everything runs smoothly.
1. Using This Store
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Nothing wild — just the standard “don’t blame us for things we clearly explained” type stuff.
2. Products
All items are print-on-demand and made individually for each customer.
That means:
No mass-produced stock
Colours, textures, and placement may vary slightly
Product images are mockups and may differ a little from real-life prints
Perfection is hot, but humans and printers aren’t.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in your chosen currency, and we can update them at any time.
Promotions or discounts may appear occasionally — blink and you’ll miss them.
4. Payments
Payments are handled securely through Big Cartel’s approved processors.
We don’t see or store your card details.
(We don’t want them. We can barely store our own passwords.)
5. Shipping
We partner with Printful to produce and ship your order.
Estimated delivery time: 3–15 business days, depending on location.

6. Returns & Refunds
Because everything is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or genuinely faulty.
If something’s wrong, message us within 7 days with photos so we can fix it.

7. Accuracy of Information
We try to keep everything accurate — sizes, colours, descriptions — but sometimes:
Colours appear different on screens
Minor variations happen in printing
Life surprises us
By ordering, you accept that small variations are normal with print-on-demand.
8. Personal Information
We only use your info to process your order and contact you if needed.
No marketing blasts.
No endless emails.
No weirdness.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, product names, and content belong to hesgotdaddyissues.
Please don’t copy, steal, or slap them on a dodgy eBay listing.
That’s very un-Daddy of you.
10. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it goes straight into production.
That means we can’t cancel it unless production hasn’t started yet — which is rare but not impossible.
Contact us ASAP and we’ll try, but we can’t promise.
11. Force Majeure
If something wild happens — global meltdown, postal chaos, zombie apocalypse — we’re not responsible for delays that are out of our control.
We’ll still try our best to get your order to you.
12. Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms occasionally.
If we do, the changes apply from the moment they’re posted.
Nothing dramatic — just tweaks to keep things running smoothly.
